Female Spokes Model - Femininity (Women Only) - Smooth with symmetrical curves. Flat abdominal region without a lot of definition. Charisma/stage presence can always enhance your look. Facial attractiveness with a lovely smile is important along with an ability to articulate your thoughts.
Round 1 – Evening Gowns and Suits
Competitors will walk onstage alone and perform their Model Walk (personal preference). The Model Walk consists of the following: Walk to the center of the stage, stop and do a front stance then a full turn and do a rear stance then turn to the front again in front of the judges and then proceed to the side of the stage. Quarter turn comparisons will take place in numerical groupings. During this round each contestent will be asked to express their fitness platform and or their health philosophy.
Round 2 - Themwear Round
You have a chance to show your modeling talents and your personality. Each competitor will be asked to walk from one side of the stage to the other performing quarter turns. Your themewear should represent your character, personality, athletic interests and any other appearance you are comfortable wearing. Remember to have fun and smile. THIS IS YOUR MOMENT TO SHINE!
Round 3 - Swimsuit

Finalist Round - Question and Answer
All competitors in the class will present themselves on stage in serial order in their swimwear outfits. The head judge will call finalist to the stage. There will be comparisons of the finalist via a number of quarter turns. Each finalist will asked a question in this round.
Height Classes
Athletes are also divided into height depending on the final competitor count and median height of the athletes. The general height classes are:
- 5'2" & under
- + 5'2" to 5'6"
- + 5'6"
- Classic Ages 35+
- Masters Ages 45+
Finals/Prizes
The top 3 in each class will be called to the center of the stage. The winner of each class will be awarded. The top 10 overall highest scorers will compete in the evening finals. Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers.
Top 3 overall finishes will receive additional prizes
1st Place – additional $1800, 2nd Place - $600, 3rd Place - $300
