FitSciences Health Expo & Championships

Mark your calendar for The Second Annual FitSciences Health Expo and Fitness Championships Saturday, July 17 at the Gwinnett Center, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth. The event will be held from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

This year’s highlights include celebrity judges and special guest appearances by Daniel Wright and Rebecca Meyer of The Biggest Loser© Second Chances. Tosca Reno Kennedy, author of The Eat-Clean Diet, will conduct a wellness seminar and cooking demonstration, and Congressman John Lewis will help kick off this year’s event. Health Expo proceeds benefit Smart Moves Enterprises, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating youth about health and wellness in the fight against childhood obesity.

There will be appearances by the industry’s top fitness models competing for cash prizes and photo shoots for Oxygen, Maximum Fitness, Natural Muscle, Muscle and Performance Magazines. Competitions include categories for Wheelchair Bodybuilding, Bikini/Spokesmodel, Figure and Fit Mom and Dads. Youth, teens and adults can take part in the Sports Performance Combine and The Great Transformation boot camp based on the show, The Biggest Loser©.
