Competition celebrates the transformational lifestyle achievements of adults, teens and children over a minimum period of one year.
Guidelines: The Great Transformation© Competition is open to competitors- children, youth, teen and adult categories (age 5 and up). The three competitors, regardless of category, who have demonstrated the best overall lifestyle transition over a period of one year or more will be awarded the FitSciences - FxP© Lifestyle of the Year award.
Health Screening: In addition to height, weight, body fat percentage and blood pressure, a standard lab panel will be drawn to provide a baseline for future comparison and screen for potential health concerns such as: anemia, infection, cholesterol, thyroid disorders, kidney/liver function and diabetes.
Qualifications:

Competitors must have baseline statistics taken by health professionals at the 2010 Health Expo and Fitness Championships in order to be eligible to compete.

Competitors must have statistics taken monthly, by a certified contest health professionals

Competitors must have a doctor’s release allowing him/her to compete in the competition prior to entry and must sign a model release form

Three winners will be selected for the award based on:

Best overall lifestyle transition of the year

Significant improvement in health and fitness levels

Best consistent lifestyle transition maintained for one year or more
o Must have sustained improvement in health and fitness levels (changes in levels that demonstrate improvement will not disqualify a contestant from the competition)

Winners will receive prize money of $1000 – First Prize, $700 – Second Prize & $500 – Third Prize
