Annually, Smart Moves Enterprises & FitSciences celebrate healthy lifestyles and fitness with our Health Expo and Fitness Championship.  This event provides an opportunity for adults, youth and teens to showcase their talents and achievements. Last year's event was a huge success with competitors and attendees coming, not only from Georgia, but from all over the country, and internationally! With our broadened focus on healthy lifestyles, education, resources, and hosts of respected sponsors and vendors, this year's event is sure to be the event of the season, attracting hundreds of new attendees and competitors.   Projected attendance at this year’s event is over 2000 people - a huge opportunity for sponsors and vendors to showcase their brands and product lines! Our extensive marketing and media campaign will make the entire Atlanta and fitness community our audience. Because of the dual focus on healthy lifestyles and fitness, our event will be different from most, in that we will include fun and engaging activities and informative workshops on both days, along with continuous Expo announcements to promote increased visibility and foot traffic.  As a business owner, you should take advantage of the increased marketing exposure created by this event - become an Event Sponsor! Special Vendor sponsorships are available at $500 for one or both days.
 
Our 2011 event sponsor list included many successful leaders in the fitness, and health food industries; including, to name a few, Robert Kennedy of Robert Kennedy Publishing, Tosca Reno Kennedy, author of the top selling "Eat Clean Diet” series, Rich and Liz Gaspari of Gaspari Nutrition, Cascadian Farms, Mix1, and Colony Square Athletic Club. Extensive marketing and media coverage will make the entire Atlanta and fitness community our audience. 

Obesity is one of the leading causes of chronic health problems and, sadly, we are losing the battle against the bulge!  As stated by Dr. Risa Lavizzo-Mourey, president and CEO of  Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in the July, 2009 article, "F is for Fat",  “Reversing the childhood obesity epidemic is a critical ingredient for delivering a healthier population and making health reform work.  If we can prevent the current generation of young people from developing the serious and costly chronic conditions related to obesity, we can not only improve health and quality of life, but we can also save billions of dollars and make our health care systems more efficient and sustainable.” This is the primary goal and purpose of our non-profit organization, Smart Moves Enterprises, Inc.  

Recently, the White House has also embraced this important work in the battle against childhood obesity through a campaign called, "Let's Move", sponsored by the First Lady, Michelle Obama.  The time for action is now and WE CAN win this important "battle against obesity," but we must enlist the help of businesses, investors and individual sponsors to support these efforts through sponsorships, funding, and resources.
