Herb Cables III
Herb Cables began personal training 1987. He went to Southern Connecticut State University to get his Bachelors of Science in Human Performance and minor in Nutrition. Herb began coaching and training athletes at the Olympic level as well as judging diving at the international level from 1992 - 2008.
Herb started his own training company, Equation Transformation Systems, which trains, diets and supplements people all virtually worldwide and on an individual basis, whether for bodybuilding, figure or bikini - or just being healthier. Herb also certifies personal trainers, is a professional speaker, author and SNBF pro.
Herb and his lovely wife Sue reside in Georgia.
