For the "Fit Moms Contest"you must have the qualifications listed below and write a summary to tell us why you are a "Fit Mom" and how long did it take you to prepare your physique for competition.
Qualifications for Fit Moms Competition are one of the following:
Must meet the following qualification:

Age 25+ Have given birth one time or more
**Upon reaching 20 moms in the division, we will award winners by Age catagory and overall**
25-34
35-44
45+
55+ if necessary! Make It Happen!!!
Our vision of a "Fit Mom" is a someone who is an inspiration to others because she can balance the responsibilities of motherhood with health, fitness and striving for self improvement daily. The power of fitness training has many affects on a person who is striving for daily improvement. It creates confidence, personal health and a wonderful physique. Most importantly, we want you to devote time to strengthening the efforts of Smart Moves Enterprises to combat childhood obesity!

Fit Dads Contest:
Our vision of a "Fit Dad" is a someone who is an inspiration to others because she can balance the responsibilities of motherhood with health, fitness and striving for self improvement daily. The power of fitness training has many affects on a person who is striving for daily improvement. It creates confidence, personal health and a wonderful physique. Most importantly, We would like for you to devote time to strengthening the efforts of Smart Moves Enterprises to combat childhood obesity!

Qualifications for Fit Dads Competition are one of the following:
Must meet one of the following qualifications:

Ages 30-39

Ages 40-49
-
Ages 50-59
-
60+ years of age
So to the Fit Dads out there... come out to Atlanta, GA and tell your story!
Must show proof of child birth certificate, including a signed statement (via model release form)
Prize Money:
1st Place $450*, 2nd place $250*, 3rd place $150*
*Prize money has bonus prizes included
*Prize money: Paid within 4 months of the competition.
*Bonus prizes are earned upon returning the following year to defend your placings.
Questions to answer during interview:
1) What makes you and FitMom/Dad?
2) What obstacles have you had to overcome to obtain or maintain your fitness and health levels?
3) How will you enhance Smart Moves Enterprises efforts to combat childhood obesity?
